Harvey Yelen has been living in Livingston, New Jersey since 2003. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Harvey earned his Bachelor s degree in Economics and an MBA. Harvey chose to live and raise his family in Livingston for a variety of reasons. Most importantly, Livingston is an incredibly family-friendly town with A+ rated schools (Source: Niche.com); has oodles of programs, activities and sports for kids of all ages; is close and offers easy access to Manhattan. Harvey has been an entrepreneur, was Chief of Staff at two multinational corporations (American Express and Dun & Bradstreet), and is a Realtor®, doing what he loves most! The skills he acquired in the corporate world have served him extremely well as a Realtor and have helped position him as a trusted advisor to his clients, both sellers and buyers. Harvey has been involved in real estate for almost 30 years. He was involved in almost $30 million of transactions, owns his own investment properties, and has bought and sold multiple residential and commercial properties. He has a tremendous understanding of the inner workings and systems of homes, knowledge that he gladly and readily shares with his clients. Harvey chose to make real estate his career because he loves the dynamic nature of the business. And he recognizes that the decision to sell or buy a home is an incredibly personal one, and feels privileged to be part of that process with his clients. He strives to make a positive and meaningful impact on behalf of his clients through clear communication, effective negotiation and simplified navigation of the steps. Harvey is married to Jill and has two sons, both at Livingston High School. Harvey has been a volunteer coach for his boys sports baseball, soccer, basketball and street hockey teams. Rounding out their family is their beloved golden doodle, Zoey! In his spare time, Harvey loves golfing, hiking, kayaking and tennis.
